Great people!

It’s been 4 months, and I cannot get a call or email back to save my life this entire time. It’s insane.

We want to start by saying thank you to Brian and Valerie for their help and knowledge while applying for my wife’s green card. Immigration is tricky and confusing, so it was definitely worth every penny having Valerie and Brian assist us along the way. They made the process as streamlined and easy to understand as it can be! I have to leave an argument against those writing bad reviews, typically against Brian. Brian is very knowledgeable and a great guy; he will absolutely do everything he can to help you. People who are writing about their “bad experiences” are people who probably do poorly accepting criticisms and honest truths, or likely brought poor circumstances upon themself due to their own actions or lack thereof. If one thing is true about Brian, it is that he will certainly not lie to you. He’s going to tell you how it is, whether you want to hear it or not, and that’s a good thing! When dealing with something as complicated and convoluted as immigration, you need somebody that isn’t going to accept any mistakes or half-assery, and that’s Brian. We were very lucky to have chosen this office and will absolutely use their services for anything immigration related until the day comes where we no longer have to. Thank you Valerie and Brian!

Valerie and her husband Brian went above and assisting my husband and me with his immigration and naturalization process from A to Z even before, during and after the COVID-19 pandemic. My husband is now a U.S. citizen. Valerie and Brian communicate very well, and their return replies whether via email, phone, or text typically have been same day or the very next day at the most, which is something I cannot say about most law offices out there. What was required of us from an evidentiary perspective has been very clear, and they are very receptive to responding to questions when anything about navigating the immigration and naturalization process seemed foggy. They even helped us work through the emotional impacts we experienced during the whole document gathering process as well as how to appropriately converse with immigration officers during U.S.C.I.S. interviews and appointments. This made us feel valued like real people rather than just a case or file number in a filing cabinet. They even allowed us to negotiate a workable payment plan that proved successful for their being paid in full when the timing of our new home purchase made finishing the final phase of naturalization very challenging.

I had an amazing experience today. I met with Attorney Burdette. She was claiming and did an excellent job explaining the process and my rights. I am glad she is on my side for this journey

Valerie and Brian were amazing during our process of Adjustment of Status. When we first called them, we were skeptical and scared of going through this process. Upon just our first meeting, Valerie eased us by being so professional, personable, and educated about the things we were going through and what we needed to do. They helped us obtain the things we needed and helped us through every step of the way. They listened to my concerns and got right to work on my case. The attorney that worked with me was professional and spoke to me in laymen terms. They were very personable and showed empathy for my concerns. Additionally, the firm was good with updating me on the status of my case. I felt valued and heard. They come highly recommended.

Burdette Law Firm is soooo rude. I asked to schedule a conversation because I didn't understand the divorce process, and the below was their response. The response was over the top and unnecessary. It could be just me, but I read a lot of adittude, a bit of sugar, and a broken wrist.. lol.. This company is grossly unprofessional, and I hope they get everything they deserve....

I had a great experience with Christina. She listened to me and was interested in the details of my situation. Hopefully I have enough information for a case, but if I don’t I know she did everything she could for me. I will highly recommend her to others. This firm has the best customer service and are able to serve in a timely manner. And the cost of the initial consultation is affordable. I’m very pleased with my experience!

Brian answered the phone exactly at 11am on a Saturday morning. Right off the bat was super rude and disrespectful I would never recommend anyone to this office especially since he’s the one in charge of operations. All I was looking for is an attorney for a master hearing coming up soon. I’ll just go spend my money on someone who’s more compassionate. PEOPLE DONT COME HERE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
