Valerie is so nice, and understanding she has the experience, and knowledge to really make your case a successful one. They will provide you with detailed instructions on every single piece of evidence necessary. Brian is going to always be available to assist you in every step of the process. I never called the office, and didn’t get an answer. I really feel like my case is a success story for their office. I did everything they told me every step of the way, and by the time we filed our petition it was only 5 months before my wife got her green card. This success was not only due to the overwhelming sincerity of our petition, but a result of the file they are able to curate on your behalf. If you are looking for someone to advocate for you; they are the right choice. I Called for an appointment. Talked with Bryan. I was okay with him being straight forward letting me know they couldn't assist me. However he has bad manners. He cut me off a couple of times and the comment of you "will figure it out" was unnecessary.
