I really thank Attorney Ursula Jones and her staff because although I had not been to her office they were kind enough to explain the process and even after I was able to pay the upfront fee they check around for more options for me... That says alot about the firm. Wonderful staff. Attorney Jones and her staff make sure you are comfortable and fight for you. Compassionate, patient and understanding. Leetisha responds to all messages in a timely manner. She is helpful and makes sure you understand everything that is taking place with your case. Attorney Jones and her staff says they work for you and they prove it. I have recommend several people to them and I will continue to recommend this office.

I called at the end of the day and the lady I talked to Cherly Sharon was nice I'm not going to write everything I asked about, but she talked to me about 20 minutes and gave me the information I needed, and it stopped what I neded stop. I visited this law firm about 3 years ago, and again earlier this year (2017). Both occasions I was told, (what I'm just now finding out was a LIE) that a specific debt (which I made very CLEAR was my main concern) would be wiped clean, along with my other debts. One of the things I hate most about people are those who pretend they're genuine out to "help" you. Meanwhile, they're lying/ giving false information, and painting a different picture, once you've found out, otherwise. I also HATE when people try to use your vulnerability and dealings with life in general, as an excuse for a lie In which I was told. By saying that "I heard what I wanted to hear," or "I heard what I thought may make me feel better" Why would you talk to people I this manner, when you've expressed that you've had similar issues or you know what they're going through. Any how, I would now like to give my apologies for thinking and speaking so highly of your law firm. I should've known better because it usually always backfires. AND too bad I don't have the initial conversation (s) recorded.

I HIRED ATTORNEY JONES TO ADVISE AND GUIDE ME THROUGH A TRANSITION I'M EXPERIENCING. HER STAFF WAS GRACIOUS AND FRIENDLY. THEY EXPLAINED THE ENTIRE PROCESS; MAKING SURE I UNDERSTOOD EACH STEP. I FELT THEY GENUINELY CARED ABOUT MY STATUS AND WORKED TO NOT CAUSE ME ANY EMBARRASSMENT. I'M VERY PLEASED WITH MRS. JONES AND STAFF AND CERTAINLY APPRECIATE THEM. I PLAN TO USE HER IN THE FUTURE. I was unable to gain access to the attorney's reply without paying a fee....which I thought was very shady of Avvo, after being told there was no charge! I would not recommend this website for nothing except getting name, phone number & address!

I was referred to attorney Jones by a friend and would recommend her to anyone who is in need of bankruptcy assistance. She and her team made the process extremely easy on me and they really made sure I understood everything that was going on with my case. I was always kept up to date which calmed me because I knew that I could trust them with the severity of my case. I was able to come in and hand it over to them. They printed off my stubs in office for me, faxed over my information, and served me. I was able to get filed at my very next appointment. The customer service at her office is of top quality and working with her office definitely surpassed all other attorneys I have ever dealt with in the past because she really made me feel important.

Attorney Jones answered all of questions when I called. Her fees fit within my budget and she was really respectful towards me and my husband. Her workers were nice as well.
