Extremely Unprofessional

If your reading this review I guess it's safe to assume you are looking for an attorney and you want to see what others thought of their services. I don't know about you but I get frustrated going through reviews and some will be 5 stars then a bunch of the opposite 1 stars. Back amd forth. It's hard to know what to believe. Well I'm here to tell you that I retained the law office of massey mcclusky mcclusky and Fuchs because I had witnessed first hand through friends that had also retained them , just what they could do. I was surprised how reasonable their fees were first of all. Second, I've had lawyers in the past that I had to sit back and wonder just who they were working for..me or the state. I didn't have to second guess with these guys. Every phone call was returned if not answered right away. Every questioned was listened to and answered without judgment and I was always made to feel like my case was priority to them. I was kept in the loop this entire time with exactly what was going on. I received all paperwork regarding my case. The communication from the lawyers here is above superior. I cannot recommend these guys enough. If you truly want an experienced lawyer who is competent, knows the law and is willing to fight for you then this is who you need to hire. I haven't been paid for my review. Im the sister of one of the lawyers nor am I married to any of them. I'm just a person like you who needed a lawyer and got very lucky when finding these guys. And now I'm trying to make sure anyone else that is also needing their services knows the have at least one honest opinion they can trust is an accurate description of what to expect if they also use their services. I hope this review helps someone in making the decision on who to hire for representation. Elizabeth Kelly

Hired Joseph Tuesday to get my sister out of quarantine and into court to sign a extradition form and he was late for court obviously and some how she ended up signing it without him (he refunded me) with no explanation of why, doesn’t respond to emails, calls and etc. My sister and I don’t share a mom and she chose him. I wish I wouldve went with my first mind because the other lawyer I had would’ve updated me, helped me threw this situation and etc. It’s so hard to find a lawyer with integrity here in memphis. Do not recommend!! She is still in Tennessee, has not been transferred DAYS later. Had I hired another lawyer I would know how much time they have to pick her up, what’s going on, etc. I feel that hiring this lawyer was a complete waste of my time and a waste of a drive! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

I highly recommend this place. Massey is not only professional but will deliver results. Him and staff went above and beyond. All his staff is very nice and kind. I will most definitely be using him again if ever needing an attorney in the future.
