Very poor service,employ at your on risk.led me to believe i was free and clear after bankruptcy was discharged.no the cas,found out I still owe 55 thousand dollars.now he doesn't do bankruptcy any more,good for the public.bankruptcy trustee wanted to communicate through attorney as well as mortgage company.firm says to hire another attorney in stead of handling the problem.they were paid,bill said he would rather ride his Harley.firm messed up case to start with,shaking my head

They got my settlement and never paid me... Don't go with them at all...

Normally I never post reviews but if I can keep one person from having the experience I had then I guess it’s worth it. 1. Expect to never receive a reply for emails from either Heather (his paralegal) or Bill. 2. Expect to never have a call returned. 3. Expect to have no idea what is going on with your divorce. 4. Expect to be treated like dog dirt by Heather per each and every phone call you make that is actually answered. 5. Expect the portal which houses your documents to never work. 6. Expect to pay $43.75 to have documents emailed due to portal not working. 7. Expect to pay $87.50 to have documents printed. 8. Expect to be told you have about $1,700 left in your retainer only to find out it’s really just $500. 9. Expect Heather to tell you how lucky you are to get $500 back after you fire Bill.

I can't speak highly enough of Bill Jones and his staff. He guided my family through a delicate matter with knowledge and empathy. His staff was very welcoming and Bill did not make us feel rushed or just a number. If need arises for me to seek council from a Memphis attorney I will not hesitate to retain Bill or his firm and I hope you will also.

William is a terrible divorce attorney. He never returns phone calls from opposing council in a timely manner and breaks ethics codes. Neither he nor his so called paralegals will ever return phone cals. If you have three questions for him, he will only answer one so that you have to go back to him to get the answers to questions two and three, all the while racking up the bill on you.

Attorney Walls is a super lawyer, highly knowledgeable and dedicated to her clients. She has an extensive background in insurance related to personal injury cases. Very unprofessional, the worst law firm I've ever dealt with. Nothing but misdirection and excuses. Each time my fiancée or myself called, we were given different lies. 4 months after the accident they were still saying they're waiting on medical records. Even had some employees hanging up on us. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. This is the Memphis office. Constantly being told "I'll call you back no later than tomorrow", but NEVER get a call back.
