I have had to deal with several attorneys in my life and I would have to say that Mrs. Becker is far more the only attorney I have ever had that truly cares about her clients and understands them. I never called her office without being able to speak to her personally or her paralegal. She went above and beyond the call of duty to put my mind at ease several times. I was very emotional during the process due to the recent loss of my mother and she understood how to assist me. Its hard enough going through a legal situation but to have an attorney that actually returns your calls and emails is a big help. I would highly recommend her to anyone and if I ever need an attorney again, she will be the first one I call. I have the highest respect for her and truly appreciate her being the attorney she is which is most unusual but makes the process much easier. Thank you Mrs. Becker and the Becker team.

I called to ask a rental question about my air conditioning system at my apartment, and the next thing I knew I was talking to lawyer Bill, He is Awesome

Very unprofessional, the worst law firm I've ever dealt with. Nothing but misdirection and excuses. Each time my fiancée or myself called, we were given different lies. 4 months after the accident they were still saying they're waiting on medical records. Even had some employees hanging up on us. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. This is the Memphis office. Constantly being told "I'll call you back no later than tomorrow", but NEVER get a call back.

Still dealing with my case now soo trying too see how the results may come out, but they're pretti decent people to work with and that will work with you

Lawyer Bill is a badass

I hired Misty Becker and was not given the attention and focus that as a paying client I felt I should have received. For example deadlines were missed and pertinent documents ignored. My case was neglected and fees were very excessive .

They are great. Kept me up to date on my case even though my accident was a year ago. They assured me about my concerns and how the court system works. Everyone in the office is very professional and great about returning phone calls. They were really there for me.

When you need a lawyer this is the place to call, the staff is professional and friendly and know their jobs. I would give them five stars..............

THIS IS THE WORST LAW FIRM IN HISTORY. THEY HAVE HORRIBLE BUSINESS AND NO COMMUNICATION. I HATE THEM. BRANDON WILL ROB YOU OF YOUR SETTLEMENT. DO NOT HIRE THIS LAW FIRM TO REPRESENT YOU. I HAD MY WRECK FEB 22ND 2016, FINISHED PHYSICAL THEROPY IN MARCH AND ITS AUG 4TH AND I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM. THEY WONT RETURN MY CALLS AND THEY ARE NEVER IN THE OFFICE.

I found everyone at the firm to be very professional. Mr. Taylor is great. Things turned out better than expected.
