I contacted him for consultation and he listened to all the details I gave him. He was sympathetic to my case. He seemed knowledgable of my goal. He offered reasonable fees and I hired him. He promptly set a hearing date and seemed to think I had very good grounds to win the case. After the final hearing I will add to my review.
