My experience working with Attorney Chris Eads exceeded my expectations. During my initial phone call to his office Mr. Eads took the time to ask me questions about my case and get to know me as a person. Mr. Eads gave me the information needed to make a decision on if I should proceed with a case and told me to call back when I made my decision. Once I was ready to proceed with a case, Mr. Eads explained the entire process and he did a great job at keeping me informed. The attorney-client relationship flows more like dealing with a years-long best friend. To be as good as he is at his craft, he has earned the right to be pompous if he chose. Instead, he is humble and self-effacing. We quickly came to realize that he wants the best for his clients, and will tirelessly fight alongside you. He makes no ‘pie in the sky’ promises. He gives to you straight his anticipation of an outcome based on your situation. I had read from others that the outcomes were always better than what he expected, and that proved to be the case for me as well. To say he truly changed my life would be an understatement. Worked with Chris almost 2 years on my case. Not once did I have an issue contacting him or getting information. Probably the easiest time I've had dealing with something like this. He gives you all the information you could need, and explains it so you can understand it if need be! Made everything a breeze even being over 2 hours away!
