Phenomenal guy and encyclopedic knowledge of the laws and procedures. I highly recommend Mr Rausa. Before having sleepless nights and being harassed, do yourself a favor and go talk with him. His free consultation was so helpful that I wanted to actually pay for it. A rare combination of patients, knowledge of his business, and on top of everything listens to his clients.

DJ has helped me out enormously with my student loan debt. He responded right away when I contacted his office and he is extremely knowledgeable in the law and how it relates to the student loan corporations. He always contacts me with any new information and is quick to respond to any additional questions that I might have. I feel so much better knowing that my finances are hopefully getting back on track, and that is all thanks to him!

When I get excited about something, I love sharing it!! In this case, the "it" that I'm sharing is actually a person. Thanks to Team in Training, I was introduced to DJ Rausa earlier this year and he subsequently coached me through my first triathlon, which I completed with a group of stellar individuals in September. DJ and I are currently teammates on the TNT Triple Crown Team and have committed to fundraising for LLS and completing three half marathons together in 2015. He has been a phenomenal coach to me and continually helps me to remove my mental limitations to achieve my physical goals. Anyone that has the privilege of knowing DJ, knows that he is passionate, and cares deeply, about helping others. How apropos that this super hero also has a day job as a lawyer specializing in consumer debt. Because I trust him explicitly, it was a no brainer to hire him to help me tackle my debt once and for all. It's so cool (and sometimes painful) to receive the invaluable education from him about all of the mistakes I've made up to this point with my financial decisions. I didn't know what I didn't know, as they say. He knows his stuff and is no nonsense when it comes to solutions. If you are feeling overwhelmed with the prospect of years and years of paying off debt (like I was), hiring DJ is legitimately the best investment you can make in sorting it all out.

Worked with Mr. Rausa on a real estate sale for one of his clients who was also in a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. He was professional and got a great result for the clients.
