Matthew was extremely knowledgable and was able to assist us in creating a uniquely designed Trust and Living Will. He was responsive, personable and thorough. We first reached out to Matthew for assistance with settling our father-in-laws trust. From there we decided to have him assist us in creating our own will and trust. Matthew was a pleasure to work with in both situations.

Momentum Law was great doing our estate plan. Our free introductory meeting really helped us understand everything involved in estate planning and all our questions were answered. I had searched for someone to help me for months regarding a situation I had been dealing with for years. Matt was referred to us through my wife's activities with the Chamber. We decided to use him for estate planning after interview a few others. Matt was VERY thorough during the initial meeting, asking very specific questions about what we wanted to accomplish. Give this is our second round, we had a lot of specific planning to do with both of us having our own kids. Matt pulled all these pieces together under his same fee structure. Matt was also very efficient accomplishing these tasks. I travel a lot and wanted to get it done fairly quickly for piece of mind. Matt did that for us. I would highly recommend his services!

From the beginning of hiring Mr. Rumfelt, I felt like i was gonna be in good hands. He was honest with me when i was over the top upset about how my divorce was progressing. Sadly my ex wasn't very cooperative through out the whole thing and it drug out for over 2 years. At times it felt like he was more of a therapist then attorney, however i was assured he was doing all he could. Towards the end...almost to trial He got my case settled. His advice and professionalism was beyond what i could have ever hoped for.
