Let me tell YOU! Cain is the lawyer you should have. Although I have a few things on my record that could have given me jail time hiring him was a blessing. He was very confident and spoke with me at anytime I called. I had a theft from Walmart and he got me probation & some community service and once the probation is done I can get it expunged! I don’t plan on getting in ANY more trouble PERIOD but if I was too he would be the first person I called. also he stated he would help me with the expungement process once it’s time. If I didn’t have him to talk to the DA I would be in jail away from my kids & I didn’t plea guilty to anything

I had a pleasant experience working with Mr. Cain. He was very professional and easy to reach during my case. Will is very charismatic and he really connects well with his clients. Even with the sensitive nature of my case he was able to reach a favorable outcome for my family. I highly recommend him and if I need any future legal services I know who I will be calling.

Whitney Raque is the best lawyer I’ve ever had. She has helped me out tremendously, not only once but multiple times. She is the fist person I call for any kind of legal representation I may need. The best part is she never once judged me for my charges she’s helped me with, and that is very important to me. I trust her 110% with my cases. Attorney William R. Cain's prices are too high. $750 for something that you can download from the court's website and fill out yourself in 10 minutes.

William was appointed to me by the juvenile court judge. Usually, court appointed lawyers are not worth much. This was not my experience. William was wonderful. He was very attentive and always returned my calls within one business day. He was very knowledgeable and always made sure I knew exactly what was going on with my case. Even after the case was over, he made himself available to answer questions and assist me with ongoing issues stemming from the case. I have nothing negative to say, which again, usually is not the case with court appointed lawyers.

I found Mr. Cain by chance on the internet. He worked with me on a payment plan. We discussed all of our concerns and options. He never hesitated to take enough time to listen. Very satisfied with our results and now have an attorney I can trust.
