I want to start by saying that I talked to 10 different lawyers before I found Jon. All of them had no optimism about my cases and immediately just told me that I was going to have to serve time or go back on probation. Now I had 5 VOP (violation of probation). Jon was the only lawyer I talked to that had any optimism and told me something different than they did. He told me to get a few things done that they said I had left to complete the probation and when we went to court he got all 5 dismissed. I wish I had found him before all the other lawyers I talked to because I was feeling pretty hopeless by time I talked to him. Now he was more expensive than some of the other attorneys I talked to but I will say this he was worth every penny and fought for the charges to be dropped. If you are looking for a good lawyer and you are reading the reviews you found one so give him a call you want regret it.

Mr. Slager was extremely professional and knowledgeable about my case. He and his staff were always responsive to any questions I had. He was honest and open about every situation. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an honest lawyer.

I was looking for a good attorney then I found Jon and ended up with a great attorney. Jon and his staff are professional and listen to your needs and will go out of their way to help you. I can't say enough good things about them. Jon will truly work for you.

Jon made the decision to choose a lawyer easy. He answered on the weekend and gave me some of his time to talk. Not only that, he followed up the following day with suggestions to help my case even though I had not chose him as a lawyer at this point. The communication between his office and myself before my court date was great and all questions were answered. Jon worked my case and provided a better outcome that we both unexpected. My first impression was what drew me in, and I am so glad I chose to trust my instinct. At first when I was shopping around I was only planning to leave a message, which I did, with his wonderful wife. Then received a callback within minutes. Then he met me in his office on a Sunday so I didn't have to miss work. There was not ever a time during our 6 month process that I couldn't reach him. I dont think they even have a machine or voicemail at his office because every time I've ever called, they answer. Then he beat the price of other attorneys by HALF. Then he said everything to the end would be included in that one price, so I didn't have to worry about ongoing costs, AND let me split up the payment. When my little one month issue was dragged out and repeatedly continued over 6 months, let me tell you how relieved I was that I didn't have to keep paying. He made everything so easy. He handled my nightmare like a champ. I wasn't even sure I could afford an attorney in the first place, but I'm so glad I found him. You can talk to him, he's very personable and relatable. He really knows what he's doing, and he knows all the ins and outs of the local people and how they work. If you're stressing out, give him a call. Let him take care of things for you. I appreciate Jon for the results I got when I was accused of something I felt I did not do. Jon was not only my lawyer but also a friend who listened to me and understood my concerns about what was happening to me. Jon Slager is a wonderful attorney and worked on my behalf just recently in the past month. He was able to make my life a lot less stressed with the decision and outcome of my case.
