Rating: 10/10 I had the pleasure of working with Alex and Missy, and I cannot praise them enough. From the moment we started working together, I knew I was in good hands. Day 1 Missy’s professionalism and attention to detail was impeccable. She was not only attentive and intuitive, but also relatable and understanding. Throughout the entire legal process, she effectively communicated with me, keeping me informed and addressing all my concerns and questions. He was responsive and attentive, promptly addressing my phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication. Lawyers do not always tell us what we want to hear, but they tell us what we need to hear and Alex was wonderful at putting many aspects of my case in perspective. I feel the need to mention that along our journey we did have one minor miscommunication. However, I mention this as a 100% Positive aspect within our partnership because not only were we able to resolve it quickly through open and honest conversation, but through that whole conversation we took to realign ourselves, I gained an entirely new level of respect for Alex overall. His willingness to address my concerns, ability to communicate his own and allow me the opportunity to address his in return, and his ability to work through a difficult conversation demonstrated his dedication to my case and overall client satisfaction.
