Kirk doesn't follow up on requests and will prepare for your case right before court. Kirk has sent me a message saying that I lied. This is a place for Clients to tell the truth and not be harassed by previous attorneys who didn’t do their job. Kirk asked me not to ever contact him or his office and now he’s contacting me. He’s NOT a good defense attorney.
