Derek was outstanding. I was a freshly 18 year old who thought i was invincible, even though the system had proved me wrong twice before. From being understanding of being young and making dumb decisions Derek reassurance that this wasn’t my end but my new beginning. He was straightforward with what he would be able to provide for me and never promised anything he couldn’t follow through on. Most importantly his overall compassion for helping others is what sealed the deal on retaining him. I hired Derek on a violation of probation DUI charge for the use of Marijuana. After it was all said and done I was able to plea to a lesser charge that in result allowed me to keep my license, meaning no SR22 insurance, minimal jail time (7 days), the DUI course, some community service, and continued probation. We have since retained Derek a second time for another DUI case in the family that’s still pending. couldn’t recommend Derek enough!
