I will never recommend them!!! We hired Rachelle for a child custody case. We paid her $1,500. We met her 1 time to go over the paperwork she had drawn up. Short time after we had her put a hold on the court date. She forgot to cancel the court date. We ended up going to court without her and got custody. Rachelle got mad at us and refused to represent us any longer. She then sends us a bill for $2,000 more. RIPPED US OFF!!!

I called over 20 attorneys to represent me in a real estate case in which I'm being bullied by a very large real estate agency. They all turned me down because of conflict of interest or didn't want to take on the case because of the influence this agency has. I have a very solid case that is winnable but was going to give up until Mr. Jackson responded to my inquiry. -When asking him about his willingness to fight against this large established local company he told me "that's what I do." -With Mr. Jackson you get an attorney with the local resources and know how that is not scared to ruffle the feathers of the good old boys club if need be. -Anybody reading this who thinks I was turned down by other attorneys because of a weak case and Jackson was just taking my money, not the case. I have several attorney friends who practice in the NW US that assured me I should have no problem if I get this to court.

My family has a history with this firm. Jack in particular represented me and got me out of a botched supposed felony and a plea to a misdemeanor instead which no other attorney would touch. Great guy and professional!!

Everyone one there is super nice and a wait for a return call is measured by hours not days.
