I received a multi infraction traffic ticket (Reckless Driving and Speeding) on I-24 in Rutherford county while trying to evade a road rage incident... The TN State Trooper said he clocked me at 102 MPH in 70MPH zone... No matter the reason; I got the ticket... That Reckless Driving charge constitutes a class "B" misdemeanor... I would have never thought that a moving violation would add up to that level of prosecution. My driving record is free of any traffic tickets for over 16 years... Tommy Santel explained thoroughly all of the issues I was facing legally... He should know.. as he and the rest of his team were all at one time; criminal prosecutors for the state... They know the law and knowing the facts as they were explained; I hired Parkerson/Santel to handle my case... My case is now considered "Retired" and the state is not prosecuting... That ruling by the state is the best "End Result" I could have hoped for. It is a direct result of Tommy Santel and the efforts his team put forth on my behalf. Do not try and handle these type of traffic violations on your own... Unless you want to face probation, or loss of your licenses, and or possibly your employment.. Tommy Santel went to work for me... I found he and his partners to be extremely professional and on top of their profession.. Attorney Santel represented me for felony B charges over the previous 8 years. They did are chapter 7 was easy. Now I have to file a 13 because of medical problems and house got behind, I called on a Tuesday and they got me in on Thursday. Rodney Caldwell was our attorney and he was very informative and professional. Great law firm and I know they will help us work through this debt. Definitely recommend before anyone else, they have payment options on a chapter 7 as well. If you can pay it all up front they take like 200-300$ off the cost.
