Darren is an extremely knowledge attorney who has a real love for practicing law. He is always available for his clients, and will push hard to fight for their rights, whatever the case may be. I highly recommend Mr. Drake to anyone.

He defended me well on circuit Court and he did great in general sessions.... He really helped me in winning in Chancery Court!!! He is extremely down to earth and goes the extra mile for his clients. No matter whether he is used as public defender or you pay privately for him. The Best of a Bad Situation Legal issues are never fun, but I must say that having Darren Drake as my attorney brought comfort, hope, and many reasons to smile. He is not only professional, but is also personable. He provided exceptional legal services and showed me something that I have rarely seen from attorneys; care and concern for me as his client. He was excellent in every approach to my divorce case and worked tirelessly towards what was most important to me; my kids. There are many lawyers who miss messages, don't respond to phone calls, and simply don't care about their clients or case loads. They make promises they cannot keep and charge prices that, in my opinion, are criminal in nature, but not Darren. I was charged with resisting arrest, two public intoxications and theft under 500. I was new to Murfreesboro and searched the Internet for attorneys in the area. Darren Drake had excellent reviews so I decided to call him. He met with me for a free consultation and gave me some legal recommendations even if I didn't hire him. He was professional and focused on my case, and he was always on time in court. In the end Darren had both of the public intoxications dropped, twenty hours of community service, to attend alcohol and drug classes and only a year of probation. I did not have to serve any jail time and had zero fines and only had to pay court cost. I highly recommend hiring Darren Drake you will not be disappointed.
