My wife and I contacted Gary Beasley regarding a disability claim and were very happy with Mr Beasley's helpfulness and professionalism. He was very knowledgeable and outlined in advance the entire process so we would know what to expect and make informed decisions. It set our mind at ease to be represented by an attorney for my wife's claim with social security. He was readily available to take phone calls and answer our questions over the course of about 5 months that our case was pending. We highly recommend his services. He sets the highest standard for honesty and integrity.

I worked for Scott Kimberly for about a year, and worked within his office about another year. Scott was not only great to work for, but also taught me the "ends and outs" of the law. He always explained things so well, to where I would understand them and also his clients would understand. After being falsely accused and arrested for a DUI 2nd, I felt like no one was going to believe me. Before I hired David, I went into my old attorneys office and told her what happened front to back. Not only did she look as me as if I was lying, all she said was I had nothing to worry about and explained nothing but her price. After time I had so many questions and could never reach her. I finally was fed up and luckily walked into David Clarke's office. He listened to everything I had to say, then explained everything to me without me having to ask one question. My case isn't even over yet and he's already helped it because he knows what he's doing. He has been 100% honest about everything he's said so far. Today I called just to ask his secretary a question about my case and instead of her returning to the phone it was him. Last but not least the price was the last thing he brought up and if I wasn't able to pay it all up front he was willing to work with me. I highly recommend David L Clarke for any kind of legal counseling. He will be the only attorney my family and I will use from here on out.

W. Scott Kimberly has been a great asset for the community of Murfreesboro, TN. He has a wealth of knowledge and is always willing to fight his clients. His selfless service to service the community in several volunteer programs and willingness to teach others is outstanding. He has taken time to volunteer to teach to community about their rights and get the residents more informed on how to protect their civil rights.

MR. Clark was an exceptional lawyer. He did the unthinkable with what we was facing . We used him for both a criminal attorney and family case. He kept in constant contact with us updating us on the situation and was very professional. Always was upfront and honest when he thought we should think about approaching certain aspects of our situation and helped us keep a level head through it all when it didn't seem possible.

I actually picked my lawyer based off Google reviews because I didn't know where to start looking or who to look into. And believe it or not, I DIDN'T pick The Clarke Law Firm, I picked another lawyer....AT FIRST. I talked to the lawyer that I picked off Google reviews and right after I told him what happen, he started quoting his fees. That didn't sit right with me. I was looking at 11/29 jail time. Never been in trouble in my life! Just had a lapse in judgement! I needed someone who was going to understand what I was saying and where I was coming from. So needless to say, I wasn't sold on this lawyer. I received a letter from The Clarke Law Firm and it was very appealing (especially since I didn't know what to do after not liking my first lawyer). I had a meeting with Mr. D. Clarke and he was VERY engaged! He added friendly commentary while I told my story and he made me feel like I was telling a friend what happen. I picked The Clark Law Firm after that. HE WORKED WITH ME. On the day of court, he took care of it 100% and I never even saw a judge.... he did all the leg work....he worked out all the details.....he took the pressure off me 100%. Not to mention, prior to the court date, he returned ALL my phone calls PROMPTLY and remembered little details about me. If you get a lawyer, go with your gut. Get a lawyer who you feel has your best interest in mind. Not one who is quick to quote a price. I'm very Grateful to him and his staff!
