I would definitely recommend David Scott to anyone & I would definetely use him again. He represented me in a adoption case. David explained everything to me in such a detailed manner to where I understood. He would return my phone calls in a timely manner & answer any questions I had. In court he was so prepared & professional. And the whole process was really fast & easy. I would definitely use David Scott again & would recommend him to anyone.

David represented us in a child custody case . the case was highly contested and lengthy. David was tireless in working to achieve the goals we wanted, he was professional, well prepared and effective without being abrasive to the people we were in court against. We were very happy with his results and would 100 percent recommend him!!!

We had an ugly/tricky custody/visitation issue. Attorney Scott was knowledgeable and efficient. He didn't nickel & dime us, he contacted us after hours when pertinent developments occurred. He answered our questions and was a powerhouse in the court room arguing our case. We would use him and recommend him every single time.

Attorney Scott helped us navigate through a tricky family law case. We spoke with several lawyers before deciding on him, and I’m so glad we chose him! Attorney Scott is knowledgeable, well spoken and efficient. He listens and explains things very well. He does what he says he is going to without having to be reminded. He also kept us informed on the status of the case, calling us after hours with pertinent developments. He did a great job making sure we knew our case was a priority for him. Watching him in the court room was inspiring as well. He knows the law inside and out and fought for us. We had a lot of questions along the way and he always took time to answer them. He’s very professional and represented us well. I recommend him and would use him again, every time.

Took an uncomfortable adoption issue to Mr. Scott. He handled it quickly and professionally, and talked me through the situation in such a way that I understood fully and clearly. I will definately use him if I need any type of legal help again and would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.

David L Scott is not sufficient for complicated divorces. Two friends had simple divorces and they worked it out beforehand and handed it to him. He did the paperwork and submitted it .it was over in 3 months tops. My proceedings lasted 3 long years and he missed some hidden money that i didnt get. He said if I paid him early that he would take care of anything else no charge. I paid him early. Well something came up about the house a year and a half later. I needed him. He said he wasnt doing anything for free and he said that he didn't tell me anything like that. I had to get the house in my name in one year. Being single. I told David L. Scott that i needed more than a year to pay down some bills to get refinancing. He said a year was long enough. My ex was taking me to court while I was attaining refinancing. A year was up and it was a year and a half. I had got approved. I just needed David L Scott to make contact with my ex's attorney. I had done all tbe work. When I went to him. He said it didnt have anything to do with the divorce. It was a result of the divorce. He informed me that the charge will be $2,500.00. He was very rude when he said it. He didn't take me into his office and said it in front of another attorney in the front office. I said Thank you and left. I found another attorney that only charged $500.00. It was all done through email and fax. I didnt have to go to court. I wanted him to finish up my divorce. But he took my money and didnt finish tbe job.

Mr. Scott was used as a mediator in my divorce proceedings. I have never come across a more condescending and arrogant individual. Divorce is already a difficult situation and can become heated. Mr. Scott had a provoking demeanor, often laughing at my requests all the while telling my what I "can't" have or do. I have been in the business world for 25 years, 7 as a director. If I were to ever come across this type of individual in a negotiation, I would have them terminated immediately. It goes without question that this environment should be handled with the utmost care and respect. Mr. Scott did not display any empathy or professional candor throughout. I've heard it said before that the only people win in a divorce is the attorneys. Case in point.

Mr. Scott is an excellent attorney. He has your best interest in mind and gives advice that will steer you correctly. And he shows up...ON TIME. He gave me representation that defended my well-being and gave me the best possible outcome of an ugly situation. If I could rate higher? I would. Call him..he has your back.

Mr. Scott is a fantastic attorney. He is knowledgeable, understanding, extremely competent, always prepared, and hard working. Mr. Scott showed intelligence and honesty ALWAYS. He was straightforward with me about everything. He always responded to my emails and phone calls in a timely manner and answered ALL of my many many questions. If you hire Mr. Scott ,TRUST him. Let him do his job ( which he WILL do well) and listen to what he says for he truly does know what he is talking about. One of my favorite parts about working with Mr. Scott was watching him in the courtroom. He was assertive, fierce, dynamic and just awesome. Mr. Scott helped make a very difficult time a little easier and less stressful. He showed me compassion and kindness and I am grateful to have had him on my side. I recommend him without any reservations.
