Unfortunately, l Inadvertently got myself into trouble. Finding an attorney was a difficult task especially due to the nature of my background. Stumbled upon Mr.Judkins to which l am VERY glad l did. Mr.Judkins, took on my case & shortly l was to be in court. Mr.Judkins, went to bat for me. The charge went from a felony to a Misdemeanor with community service/ court cost. A friend recommended Mr. Judkins to me based on work he had previously done for him. Needing to get my affairs in order for my family, I met with Mr. Judkins and he advised me accordingly. He explained the importance of having a living will and a durable power of attorney in place so that my wishes could be carried out and my family would not be placed in a difficult position. In addition, he prepared my last will and testament that specifically identified assets and the disposition of them upon my death. He basically guided me through the process of giving my family peace of mind.
