Tommy helped me thru a divorce several years ago and has continued to be my go to when I need legal advice and/or help. Throughout my divorce, Tommy was extremely supportive and made sure I understood all my options. He was able to get me exactly what I wanted and some extras that I would never have thought about on my own. Tommy has always been very responsive, professional and definitely knows his way around the law, but what really stands out about Tommy is his ability to make you feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. Tommy always took the time to break things down in a simple manner that made me feel 100% confident in the steps we were taking but more importantly, he made me feel that my case was genuinely important to him. Tommy is absolutely one of the best and you will not regret your decision to work with him!!!

Unlike their premiere military status online, which is what brought me to Mr. Bennett, I had a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience with Stan Bennett’s law firm. I was hopeful to receive a skilled, trained attorney throughout my military divorce, yet unfortunately I received the opposite. In my case, I spoke to my attorney, Mr. Bennett, only one time in 4 months- which is certainly alarming when making very important legal decisions. My primary communication was with his Paralegal, Allyson Hornsby, who seemed to be extremely overwhelmed and undertrained, as my communication with Ms. Hornsby was largely inaccurate and I was misinformed quite often. Several of my legal documents were filed incorrectly to the Court; and it seems as though Attorney Mr. Bennett did not oversee or ensure accuracy of Ms. Hornsby’s work. A divorce is certainly a detailed process, and unfortunately I found Mr. Bennett did not provide the support, information, answers or clarification needed in a divorce. It seems as if the firm has too many clients and thus a detrimental lack of due care, attention to detail and customer service occurred. Seemingly, the firm already had my deposit, so they just didn’t seem to care. Many details were overlooked and forgotten in my divorce; very important details that will impact a family for years to come. I would encourage you to find a smaller firm who takes the time to ensure your legal matters are just as important to your attorney, as they are to you. Mr. Bennett unfortunately missed the mark in my case.

Stan was amazing! He and Allyson made everything so easy! He is hands down the BEST lawyer in Murfreesboro!!

Lets start off by saying if your reading reviews trying to find a good lawyer for a legal case then look no further you've found your man. I had to use Mr. Stan Bennett for a legal matter that was well to sum it up somewhat complicated with the traffic stop not being done legally amd so on. He had everything taken care of and done on my first court date. The end result I was very very pleased with. Hes kinda old school. Very straight forward gets right to the point and thats exactly what I look for in a lawyer . Its obvious when meeting him for the first time that he knows what he's doing he is up to date and very knowledgeable of the laws. I would HIGHLY recommend Mr. Bennett any time any day he's a terrific terrific lawyer and if I could give him 10 stars I would without a doubt. I've had to use several lawyers in the past and none of them have come close to Stan Bennett. Also price wise I thought he was pretty reasonable.

I couldn’t be more happy with the service Stan Bennet provided me with!!! He was able to get my criminal case completely dismissed and now I can get back to my life and do what I love to do! The staff was great as well! Mr. Bennett’s assistant Karen kept me informed as to when my court dates were and answered all my questions. 5 stars!!!

I can’t say enough about Mr. Brad Hornsby. I have used Mr. Hornsby for many devices. Divorce, child custody, child protection, name changes, property issues and foreclosure, contractors breaking contracts, work place retaliation, power of attorney. All things handled very professionally and ethically. Very open about being a Christian and lives out those values both personally and in the way he conducts his business. Sometimes it can be frustrating when you don not think he is working fast enough. However, if you listen and follow what he tells you to do, when he tells you it is time you will be successful and things will work out as best they can in the legal system. Thank you Brad for al you have and continue to do.

We had an on-going issue with a neighbor that worked for the county and other lawyers did not want to take our case due to the office he held. We explained to Nathan about the bullying of our neighbor over a real estate easement and he took care of the issue without going to court even though our neighbor had obtained a lawyer. Way to go Nathan Luna. Thank you so much!
