Contempt hearing, Prepped for trail, evidence in hand to dispute all the false allegations. Of course he talked a good game. They always say if an attorneys lips are moving they’re lying. The charges were bogus l had evidence of everything to disprove the other side. Except a small amount of child support that l shouldn’t have been charged with in the first place. Previous judge recused herself due to bias, that meant anything past tense she signed would be voided under rule 60B. Either way this guy folded like a deck of cards. Not to mention he stated if we didn’t have trail and l admit to the 3rd contempt charge. I would save the remainder of my escrow. Which was under 2400.00. I do as the attorney says then his office messages me the next day oh, you have no money in your escrow. I need 1555.00 more! I messaged them & said well you told me if we didn’t have trail l would save the money left in my escrow. His statement was l don’t remember telling you that you had under 2400.00 in your escrow. Then he withdrew from my case because we were finished with the contempt hearing. I went in decided to press sanctions on MY OWN ACCORD. Attorneys are crooks! They thrive on the conflict & how much they’re going to make. I paid this man 18,180.00 for nothing! Be ware that’s all l can say he’s good for some but for me he didn’t live up to the hype of his reviews. He’s lucky, l haven’t filed a grievance!
