I was recently popped for simple poss./paraphernalia in Smyrna and happened upon Mike's profile by what those that have served in the military commonly refer to as a s.w.a.g. (silly-wild-a**-guess), e.g., a Google search for attorneys in the area that handle such cases. I was pleasantly surprised to meet a kind, caring and compassionate person that treated me with nothing less than complete respect. Furthermore, he provided an accurate assessment of my case and the potential outcomes for how the court appearance might play out. Despite this being my first time experiencing a legal matter of this gravity I was still concerned for how this may have a lingering affect on my personal and professional life. Fortunately, I was lucky to have a fair and compassionate Judge and Mike was able to request retirement of the charges based on my military service and first offense which likely would not have been the case if I had chosen to be represented by another legal professional.
