I had an issue of one roommate not wanting to move out of my apartment. The office could not force him out, so I had to find another way to get him out legally before my lease ended. We were able to give a Demand Letter to the tenant and two weeks later, he returned his key back to me! Michael was pretty prompt with returning calls and emails.
