MY lawyer, Will Fraley, played an important and key factor in my life. As a single mother working, going to school and struggling to pay bills, it would have been impossible to hire any other attorney when my daughter's sperm donor filed for full custody, child support and requested supervised visitation, and Will Fraley did not back down. Her sperm donor army-ed up with a lawyer he spent $8,000 on, but couldn't buy an outfit or diapers or food for his daughter that he, at one time, claimed was not his. So, to make a long horrid nightmare short and less nerve racking, Will Fraley came in and went against him so confident. So strong and filed suit right back. The same day. And despite her father not even knowing or being able to remember her birthday, that didn't stop him from being able to threaten and scare the crap out of me. With thoughts of him "taking our daughter and never seeing or hearing from her again" was throat clenching. Will Fraley had not a worry in the world. Ultimately, he handed me full sole custody of my daughter and handed him supervised visitation due to criminal history, filed child support, and then turned around and slapped the donor with the attorney fees. Since then, I have had my daughter. I have responsibility over her. I feed and bathe her, I spend time with her, I say what does and doesn't happen, I run this show. And he runs......oh. uuummmmmm. He runs..... Oh. Absolutely NOTHING SO LAWYER UP! Asit back n relax. Because he will get what he wants. When he wants it:) Good luck.
