Mr. Dement represented me in a criminal case. My case had to be reset several times over the course of several months due to witnesses being subpoenaed, the DA was offering a deal that unreasonable therefore we initially decided not to accept it and Mr. Dement and I prepared for a preliminary hearing. He did not push me to accept an offer from the DA that was not in my best interest, he listened to me, believed in me, supported my decisions but offered me legal advise. The end result was that the DA decided to offer a better deal for me and I accepted with the advise of Mr. Dement and I am very happy with the result. I would definitely use him again!

I had the opportunity to work for Stan Bennett and I must say, not only is he a good attorney, he is also a really good employer. Stan was always on top of his cases and prepared for trial weeks prior to deadlines. He was so good at explaining the process to potential clients and helping them understand the legal language that all attorney's use. The most impressive thing about Stan is that he NEVER leaves his clients waiting. I saw him walk in about 4 minutes late one day to an appointment and he was so upset at himself for it. He is ALWAYS ON TIME. He also has a wonderful team of attorney's working for him that can also assist you if Stan is not available. I also loved the fact that I was treated as family working there. Stan has helped out whenever me or anyone in my family need an attorney. He has helped me with three separate cases in the past.
