Mr Day and his staff treated my dad and I so nice we felt as important as a large case even though we were not they have real talent and care about there clients I would recommend John Day and his staff they are great at what they do

Our son was involved in a wreck on his way to work and suffered a Level 1 Traumatic Brain Injury. Our son's employer recommended the law firm of John Day. John took the initiative and drove over 100 miles to meet with us while our son was still recovering in the Neuro ICU unit. John handled our case personally, which was very impressive to us. He worked tirelessly on our case, providing us with a 360 degree constant view of our case. John was very straight forward and provided clear and defined expectations every step of the way. His attention to minute details relieved us of all fear that no stone would be left unturned. He and his Legal Assistant, Kori, were very responsive to every text, email, and phone call. His firm provided clarity to every question and concern that we presented. Further, his attention to our case allowed us to focus our energy on providing quality care for healing and recovery for our son. All in all, we have had an extremely positive experience with John Day. He successfully negotiated a very substantial reduction in the hospital bills, and those savings went directly to our son! John remained ethical during his negotiations with all parties in the case all the while maintaining an aggressive approach to minimize the expenses of the case and maximize the residual funding for our son. Quick and Easy

Shanti and Laura took care of everything and more! I could not be more pleased with my experience. They were helpful and positive every step of the way. Hopefully I will not need an injury lawyer again but if I do I will most assuredly use the law offices of John Day again.
