I was in a personal injury accident while pregnant due to someone rear ending me. I had retained Mitch before for an earlier accident where I was hit by a drink driver (apparently people like hitting me!). The years between the accidents was about 6 years or so, but the service was the same. Brenda Cagle, the paralegal was still as nice and expedient as she was before. Jesse, the lawyer that handled the settlement was polite and understanding. I got a bigger settlement than anticipated and I got to pay the majority of my out of pocket medical bills with it. Hopefully, I won't need a lawyer again, but if so, they'll definitely be the ones I call.

2 days before Christmas 2018 i was in a wreck and no fault of mine as i couldnt avoid it even when i tried. I had a very strange circumstance at a local major chain restaurant here in Nashville, located in the Westend area. I spoke with the Mitch Grissim firm and Jesse Waterman handled my case. I met Mitch Grissim as Jesse was handling the case and those that know me well will tell you that I'm not quick to compliment you simply because you are doing something that I may benefit from. However, not only are these guys professional in how they handle the case, but they treat you very kind. I would recommend this law firm very strongly as many of you may know there are too many spineless attorneys that will ,( in the words of Moe from the Three Stooges), "try and double cross you". My case was handled in no time and they just didn't want to go against the firm and it's long term good name that has been built in the city. They were also preparing for the long haul fight had it been necessary and I would use them again if ever needed!!!! Really professional, yet down to earth. Great job Jesse and Mitch!!! The intake person was very unprofessional, never stopped interrupting, always assumed where my sentence was going before I could finish, when I would try to talk, she would talk over me even louder. When I asked for her name, she didn't want to give it to me. With how this initial contact went, I'm done!
