Workmam's Comp had closed my case after a nurse they had sent me to said I just had arithias this is from me falling out of a bus , I was in extreme pain and could barely walk, after making 14 calls to workmans comp with no reply I went to see Mitch Grissims firm and there I met a beautiful lady Brenda Cagle and in 5 minutes and one phone call she had my case reopened . Brenda took the time to explain the law to me and was always there if I needed to talk to her and this was for over a year, she always goes that extra mile for their clients. Well finally after 8 hours surgery and metal rods and wire in my back I'm the best I can be thanks to Brenda and Buster being in my corner all the way I just wish workmans comp had to pay for all the pain and suffering that law should be changed and maybe one day it will . I was in an automobile accident Dec. 2009. Rear- ended by a one ton pick up truck while stopped behind another vehicle that was turning left. Mitch Grissim and Associates took my case in Dec. 2010. From Brenda Cagle, Sarah Stein, Jesse Waterman and Mitch Grissim I received the upmost personal attention. They walked me through the process, told me what to expect, explained the law to me in a way that was easy for me to understand as I have never had to deal with anything like this before. My calls and emails were answered promptly and although my case wasn't worth millions I feel they worked just as hard in helping me. I would recommend this firm to anyone!!! Mitch Grissim & associates was who I chose to go to for help when I proceeded to be bullied by a BIG insurance company over an accident which I was not at fault for. Mitch and his group took my case even though there was not a lot of money involved. Mitch invested quite a bit of time in my case, had my back and fought to get what was right for me. I was very appreciative for the work done at Mitch Grissim & Associates. They did an amazing job with my case. Vicky Galy was my case manager, and she was very good at what she does. Any time I needed help with something she diligently got back with me in very good time.
