I referred my sister who had an auto accident ,the driver's insurance tried to quickly get her to sign off without any offers except replace her vehicle with a BB value,in which they did. After Mitch finished she recieved a good settlement. One that I knew with past experience was a lot better than D.Z. could have done. But I did get a 43.00 parking fine , cause of lack of info I had asked the receptionist.

I had a pretty good experience with Mitch Grissim and Associates. Although I only met with Mr. Grissim once, his associate attorneys Brenda and Buster were the best. They were always quick to answer my emails. Even going as far as to give me consultation on how I should handle an issue that arose with the body shop. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is it is quite a task getting to their office downtown. The parking can be a complete nightmare!

My fiance' was severely injured due to an accident while riding on the back of my motorcycle in the fall of 2013. Vanderbilt Trauma Center saved her life, but she was left with unbelievable bills and had no health insurance at the time. Because we weren't married, my motorcycle insurance paid up to the policy limits, but that did not nearly cover her hospital cost. We were referred to Mitch thru a long time friend who is also an attorney and now in hind sight, it was a great decision and referral !! His office worked with Vanderbilt and the other care providers involved and manged to negotiate settlements to pay off all her bills and leave her more money than she ever expected !! We hope no one ever has to go thru what we went thru, but Mitch and his wonderful assistant (Brenda Gagle) did everything they said they would !!
