I would strongly recommend NOT using Turner Law Offices. These guys are snakes and they will take advantage of you every chance they get. In our first appointment they verbally assured me that the retainer fee and a filing fee I paid would cover the majority of the total expenses for my "simple and uncontested" case. The case remained uncontested and I did everything they asked of me when they asked me. Yet my total expenses ended up being over FOUR times the amount in which I thought I was going to have to pay. Turner Law Office knew what they were doing and they took advantage of me. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Quick easy divorce services, easy explanation of costs and expectations. Only thing missing was parent requirements (classes)

Chase was a weasel through and through. Not worth a penny. Go through a different law office.

Don't hire lawyers who's been in trouble retaining their license. They showed up late to court didn't have paperwork that I had asked them to get l the only reason I hired them. The woman handling my case literally said "the prosecutor I thought would be here isn't so I'm not sure what we can do". They ignored calls or would put me on hold indefinitely when I called to check on my case. They are the worst lawyers you could ask for. I of course lost super hard my life was ruined for years due to these negligent lawyers.

Read the reviews before contacting this firm, I wish I did. You're better off with a public defender. They'll just take your money and give you the worst representation ever. Did not have any communication for 2 months, which led me to find another lawyer. They will not fight for you.

They have been great on my case as business attorneys

I hired William (Chase) Rudd b/c he seemed very confident & will-powered, & I figured he'd be a great candidate to fight for my case. After I paid the retainer, however, I learned that I was completely wrong. I had to do ALL of the leg work. It was like I was doing HIS job for him. Furthermore, he doesn't listen & he is very impatient. If you want to feel degraded & straight up dumb, then hire him b/c he'll be sure to do that. He also chooses which emails to respond to & the ones he does respond to, he'll choose what questions to answer. You can choose what to do, but I highly suggest not to waste your time, energy, or money into this "lawyer." He has nothing to offer other than headaches & more stress. He promised me that my case would be dropped; then (after paying him) he wasn't so confident. After all the stress he put me through, I finally had to get a different lawyer.

I recently posted a 5 star review. But this experience has BEEN SUPER unprofessional. I went in a month ago, thinking I had signed papers to file the necessary paperwork to get my case going. And in a months time NOTHING AND I MEAN NOTHING has been done. I had to call them not once, not twice but three times. I wanted to get this done in a timely manner, I can understand, the court taking its time. But the lawyer should have most definitely already did their work. Had I not kept calling, the work would have never been done.

Talks a big game and once you sign the paperwork and give them the retainer they will back off everything they said they would do. Then when they don't do their job they take you to court for not paying the rest of the bill for work they never did. Don't ever go here!
