Rob McKinney is rock solid. His advise is sound and he considers all the angles. He knows the law. He's is very professional and has a great "bedside" manner. If anyone I know needs an attorney I'll always recommend Rob!

Eight years and four months ago, I walked into Rob McKinney’s office a broken woman. My life had been turned upside down. I fell asleep at the wheel and woke up into a nightmare. In a drunken blackout, I had caused an accident that had resulted in someone’s death. It was horrific. It was absolutely the worst time in my life. I thought I would never make it out of that dark place; never be able to be free of the pain, the hurt I had caused that man’s family and my family, especially my children. From the day he agreed to take on my case, Mr. Mckinney told me he would take care of it. He certainly did. Not knowing how the legal system in Nashville works I feared my case didn't have a chance. He turned it around into a better result than I thought possible. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a defense attorney. He knows what he's doing, definitely someone you can trust.

My family is still waiting for William Stover to close the probate case we're involved in, and we are going on 5 years of waiting for him to finish this case. He refuses to communicate with us on any level, and honestly once he was paid he basically stopped working. He was hired as the admin for this probate case, and has made NO effort to communicate with us at all, nor has he provided us with copies of any legal actions that he has done. He has not provided us with any receipts for the sale of any items that were ordered to be sold by the judge. The judge ordered him to close the case without charging any more money, and he has only filed a yearly accounting claiming that he hasn't received everything yet. He took our money and stopped working, and when I called his office, he told me not to call his office again!! He has made a mockery of the death in the family, and his indifference towards us shows me that he really doesn't care. I'm out of town now, and have been for two years, but as soon as I can get a copy of the entire file we will be moving forward as he is not making any effort to close our case, or provide us with any legal paperwork making us aware of what is happening. At this point, continuing without any information is going to require a court motion to get him to act, as he has clearly not done his job, and is violating any contractual relationship we still have as he continues to cause us to wait and blatantly refuses to tell us what we are waiting for from him.

I hired him to handle a law suit for me due to a fire where I sustained injuries and he caused me to lose out on the case because he quit after four years because he was not going to get as much money as he wanted and his legal assistant was telling him one thing and me another then no one would take the case after he quit.very disappointed...

He did not use facts given to develop appropriate questions at deposition. He came in and asking the opposing attorney for a note pad to jot a few questions. He showed up in court appearing unprepared and speaking so softly that I could barely understand him. My calls were not returned . I ultimately fired him and he still gave me a bill for services after he was fired.

Mr. McKinney proved to be extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helped me out during a difficult situation. I can't commend him enough, if you are facing any kind of legal trouble and are apprehensive about who to have represent you, he is very experienced and turned my mountain into a molehill. My son had multiple charges and Rob got them reduced down and my son and I were very pleased with the outcome!!
