No one wants to find themselves in a situation when family law is necessary. It’s overwhelming… makes it difficult to separate emotion from logic. Mr. Frakes listens to the emotional, then acts on the logical, best course of action. Unfortunately, I was not aware of Mr. Frakes the first time I had mediation with my ex-wife. Many times I wish I had known about him beforehand. Thankfully, he was there to help clean up the aftermath of the first disastrous mediation, and was able to help me get what I wanted. And though I make it sound easy, he worked with me discussing different scenarios in order to find compromise and balance, in order to work with the opposing counsel, and my ex. He laid out all the information so I could make a very informed decision, instead of doing something hasty based on emotion. He is not only attentive, but also prompt with all communication. I’ve joked to some friends that finding a good lawyer is like finding a good mechanic. You never truly know how good they are until the job is done. That being said… Mr. Brad Frakes knows what he is doing.
