Mr. Pugh handled my criminal case. He was very responsive, I never felt like I was forgotten. He kept me posted on what he needed and where we were in the process. It was clear in the courtroom that he is known among his peers and knowledgeable of his practice. I ended up with no additional fees outside my retainer and all charges expunged. Thank you Byron!

He was attentive in his handling of my case, worked closely with the opposing council in an attempt to reach an amicable agreement, and when negotiations broke down, he represented me in court. Byron worked for months and months during my whole process due to covid and the courts closing and pushing back court dates and what not. He kept me up to date on everything and always answer my calls or texts very fast which I really appreciated. He is a down to earth guy and was very realistic about what to expect.
