I hired this firm to represent me on an appeal concerning a ruling in juvenile court. I won the ruling but the attorney by the name of Emily Pfeiffer, who is no longer active at that firm did not follow up to see where I stood on child support payments, and when the final order was drafted the court was under the misconception that I owed $10,000 and back child support which was paid at the end of the year prior which put me back in a position to owe child support arrears that I’ve paid already. Also, I was very detailed at what I wanted because opposing party was going after me for $20,000 in attorney fees I also wanted appealed and council representing this firm did not follow up, but left me in a position to get garnished by opposing counsel and insisted on me paying my $800 balance with them , when the job was not finished. Rob turner also garnished my wages for the remaining balance and left me in debt, leaving me to do my own footwork and prove to the court that my arrears have been paid would cost me three years of wasted time. I reached out to the firm to have this taken care of on a walk-in visit and a lady by the name of Chelsea Stevenson literally lied to me for six months straight after I explained to her in detail what was going on and had me under the impression things were getting resolved when they weren’t. After I had proven my case to the court as of recent I sent the firm the updated order to show them. I wasn’t lying and have not heard from any of them, that is “Rob Turner“ and “Chelsea Stevenson“ who used a personal matter concerning my ex-wife as leverage from me not contacting her and said I was harassing her after she surrendered her personal number to me to keep in contact with her. Absolutely nothing got done, and this firm is horrible in representing anyone, but will take your money immediately. I paid the full balance for 3 court appearances on my appeal in the dollar amount of $4000. This firm should be shut down by the bar of Nashville literally . They’re a bunch of liars and do not have the people in their best interest. They care nothing of their reputation and left me in shambles. Rob Turner is a crook and from what I was told he had a life-threatening accident from falling off of balcony, it’s not to wonder if someone threw him off with how his firm conducts business.

The firm at Nashville Law was extremely professional, informative and attentive to my case. They worked hard to help me get the best results! I definitely recommend them. They did an amazing job for me!

Go find other representation. Do not let the urgency of your situation put yourself into a position where you end up further taken advantage of by this law firm. $11k down the drain, crappy advice, lack of engagement & communication, missed deadlines and they contributed to prolonged suffering. The attorney I was assigned was nowhere to be found unless it was to bill another retainer and receive that $$$. Do NOT hire these people. They will manipulate you and string you along to get more money for themselves with zero results for your case. They did it to me and every other person here warning you. This office is also known as Nashville Law Offices, PLLC, Turner Law Offices, and Robert J. Turner & Associate.

I have been trying to fight a custody case for 3 1/2 years and in the 3 1/2 years ive had over 7 attorneys and haven't gotten no where. Now we are so deep in the case that there is nothing they can do because of how long its been now asking for current evidence. through this time i've done their job and mine.. They charge for everything such as communication as if they communicate with you. I have to ask for updates and chase the lawyer to find out they havent done anything. Im over this company and I wouldn't dare ever go through this company again. For what's its worth I was better off defending myself. SERIOULY DO NOT GOOOOO WITH THIS COMPANY EVER !!!!!!!!!!!!

This office is very good at ignoring your case until the week before your next court date. Which is not enough time for them to actually accomplish anything. This means that basically every other court date is a waste of time and money. They of course bill you for a day in court and then require the next day in court (2-3 months later) for them to accomplish what was asked of them initially. This means that they complete a few tasks every 6 months. Worthless.

This law firm is a scam, my daughter hired this law firm, bear in mind she is a single mother of two trying to get child support, we paid them a retainer. They did nothing with the case, just kept postponing, then they would switch attorneys with each new attorney knowing nothing about her case. Then they said she had to put up an additional retainer to move forward, she refused and hired another attorney who did handle it. They stole the money, did nothing in return and have now billed her for services they did not render and filed suit when she refused to pay.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Conduct, Legal Aide, Nashville Bar Association, No One I’ve contacted has assisted derailing this attorney and firm’s deviant behavior and fraudulent conduct. Unsure how they determine WHOM they financially abuse, however, I’ve heard this manipulation is “notorious” for this firm. I’m a public school teacher and they’re garnishing over $1,000 a month for a debt I do not owe. The injustice must end and Turner Law Firm be disbarred. Multiple attorneys “worked” my case. This is a complete injustice… for the reviewers of 1 star because they didn’t have the option of “0” or negative review.

Rob Turner did absolutely nothing for myself, son or divorce case in general for the $30,000.00 retainer he required. He appeared in court once to agree to a continuance requested by opposing counsel because my ex-husband was in Europe. He then represented himself as a bankruptcy attorney and charged an additional $5000.00 to do nothing-not even return calls or respond to documents from the trustee after my ex-husband filed for Ch.7. No contempt charges filed. I can’t say enough negative things about this person. Steer clear!!

If I could give a zero I would! Do not waste your money on this firm. Hiring them was a joke and waste of money! They are rude, argumentative, did absolutely nothing until the day of court and then basically sided with the plaintiffs. I was not defended at all!!! None of my concerns were addressed, my side was not heard. Very dissatisfied. They did absolutely nothing that I couldn't have done myself. I don't like to give bad reviews but this law office deserves it.

I can't even begin to tell you how blessed and thankful I am to have Alan Rose represent me in my domestic violence/s*xual assault/OOP case. There are hundreds of attorney's in the Nashville area, but none possess the knowledge, professionalism and care/concern that Alan does. He doesn't look at you or your case as just another paycheck...he actually cares about you and will fight for you to receive the justice you deserve. Per my situation, the legal system has failed me time and time again over the past year. I can't even begin to imagine what I would have done if I didn't have Alan by my side every step of the way. He has truly made an impact on my life. I would recommend him to everyone without hesitation. He's the best!

I hired Turner Law....I paid a retainer fee of $2500.00. I got nothing in return. The attorney (Emily) was a total idiot, never returned my calls. She wrote one letter that I could have written when I twelve years old. Then after writing a silly letter told me she couldn't do anything else that I needed to get an attorney in california. Mind you she knew at the beginning the issue was a company in the los Angeles area in california. I asked for my money back. That was a joke. DO Not USE this firm.

Slick con man. Plain and simple. Robert Turner should be ashamed of himself. He preys upon people at their most vulnerable, dejected time of their lives. It doesn’t make sense to deal with divorce BS then turnaround and deal with his BS by overcharging and justifying bogus charges but not do the work. I trusted him as my lawyer and he let me down big time. Report him so he can stop taking advantage of his clients.
