This is my second review of Trudy on this website, but I felt compelled to write a second review after the results of my latest encounter with my ex. Trudy is passionate about her clients and their needs. In my case her passion flowed over to my kids who were at the center of the latest hearing. She took the time to full understand the situation and my concerns. Where she really shines is in court. It was like something out of Law and Order. She was relentless in her cross examination and got the truth from my ex. The results were the best we could have hoped for to protect my kids. I highly recommend Trudy, she's exceptional.

I don’t even know where to start, but I’ll start I had big criminal charges in Wilson county. I knew I was innocent but the thing was trying to prove I was, and I was all confused I didn’t even know where to turn I knew for sure I was going to jail. My first court appearance the Judge asked me did I have an attorney I told him no, so he gave me a date to come back with one. I started searching and I came across Mr. Willoughby and he set up a virtual call and he listened to me and my concerns nothing was a rush he made me feel comfortable like a family, he told me he would get me out this mess and he believed I was innocent also. He let me know the amount for the situation which was very reasonable compared to my charges I had. Mr. Willoughby got right on top of things didn’t waste no time. We went to court a couple time sometimes bad news, then we had to come back on different dates, but one thing in the beginning he told me I’m going to get you out of this. The day before our last court appearance he called me and asked me a couple questions about my background and told me he wouldn’t make me no promises but , “he thinks that he’s going to get this dismissed tomorrow”, and we look went to court while I was outside I told him I’m parking he told me ok he had good news. I had lost a friend that morning so I was unfocused and not myself at all. He seen me and he knew I was sad he hugged me and we talked. Sure enough it was good news. We went in and when the judge called my name he asked me is that what I wanted to do and and i replied yes, and he said case DISMISSED. 🙏🏽 Please don’t walk, run and get with Mr. Willoughby I swear he is the best to do this and he is all about you he’s going to represent you to the fullest. Thank you, so much Mr Willoughby s/o to you and your law firm I love you and you’re amazing, truly a blessing definitely would recommend 10/10 for sure!!!(sorry for the long post but I had to give 💐because they are needed here ☺️)

I haven't had to opportunity to get the good part of Luke. He hasn't been communicating with me nor my mother-in-law, or the inmate that he's working for! My boyfriend had court last month, and we still don't know what exactly happened or was said at his last court date! Luke hasn't told us ANYTHING ABOUT HIS CASE, WHAT THE EVIDENCE CAME BACK AS OR WHAT THE DA IS Wanting TO DO !!! ITS NOT RIGHT! WEVE PAYED ALMOST ALL OF OUR PAYMENT AND THAT MIGHT NOT BE ALOT FOR HIM, BUT FOR US, ITS EVERYTHING AND THEN SOME ! IM GLAD TO SEE THERES PEOPLE OUT THERE, THAT HES ACTUALLY DOING WHAT HES PAYED TO DO. WE JUST HAVENT BEEN THAT LUCKY TO SEE &' BE TREATED LIKE HIS CLIENTS. !! SMH.

Took the time to sit and talk with us and explain our situation, and whether or not it made financial sense to even hire an attorney. I'd called dozens,couldn't even get a callback. Mr. Willoughby called back in less than 24 hours and set us up a consultation,and took his time listening to our situation and answering questions. I would recommend him to anyone.
