I would highly recommend Ross Pepper. He’s a very ethical, savvy and supportive attorney. I hired Mr. Pepper to represent me in a dispute with a General Contractor who abandoned a construction job and refused to finish it unless I gave in to his stipulations. I refused and hired another contractor to finish the job. The original General Contractor sued me and filed a lien on my property. With Mr. Pepper’s wise counsel, we went through mediation and reached a reasonable settlement.
