Justin helped me draft, review, and negotiate a commercial contract for an office building I was purchasing.  It started as a very seller oriented agreement from what I was sent initially by the seller.  I called Justin and he reviewed that night.  The next day he re-drafted specific portions of the contract for it to be more advantageous for me.  They accepted almost every change and the rest was negotiated out.  It ended up saving me time and money in the long run.  Will go to him for all contract needs in the future.
