They reached a settlement for my daughter's case in November. She went in and signed the check on November 23. It is now December 20 and she is still waiting for her check from this law firm. They keep giving her the run around and not returning calls. It has cleared their bank and they have their money, so please give my daughter her money. If you use them be prepared to not get your settlement money for a month or maybe longer.
