Called and spoke to a paralegal, and was instructed that one of the attorneys would call me back. Never received a call back, even called two days later and was told the same thing... Yet, still no call back.

I cannot be more grateful for my experience with Mr. Easterly. After a battle with worker’s comp denying a surgery, I reached out to Mr. Easterly who quickly assured me he would have everything fixed. He and his team handled everything for my case and explained each step in the process. Due to his help I received the surgery on my hand. He truly cares for his clients and makes sure they receive the best care and are treated as friends.

Bill & his team handled my injury case with total professionalism and respect. I was never left out of the conversation and if I had a question, they had an answer. Never having been through anything like this before I was worried it would be a stressful headache. Fortunately this wasn’t the case. Between his team and the other party’s insurance we settled for higher than I expected/demanded. I highly recommend his office and will be sure to send anyone I know in need of help their way. I’m very pleased with the service provided by Bill Easterly and Associates. They personally returned all my calls. Regularly communicated with me regarding status and progression. Things were handled in a timely manner and the office personnel were professional and knowledgeable. I’ve had the pleasure of working with this Team 2 times and I’m pleased with the service and outcome.

Although I like Bill and his staff is wonderful. I feel Bill is not the best attorney. He did not fight for me. I had to pay my own doctor bills out of my money. That never should have happened! This has been weighing heavy on me since Bill Easterly collected almost as much as me in services!
