I went into The Law Offices of James Flexer scared to pieces, embarrassed and ashamed that I had to file bankruptcy. I talked to Michelle for a long while and she completely calmed my nerves and made me realize I am human and things happen that we can't control. By the time I went to court about a month or so later I was anxious and nervous but excited. When I walked out that day I felt like I had just been given my life back and that I could breathe again. I would prefer anyone to them and I have to include a family member. Very caring and non judgemental.

I filed a Chapter 13 bankruptcy through the Law Offices of James Flexer. I had a five year plan. Throughout the entire five years, the staff was available to answer any questions or concerns I had. They were always prompt to answer an email or phone call and were very professional and courteous. I would recommend this office for any legal service, not only bankruptcy, but if you did need to file bankruptcy, this is the office to do it.

I found Flexer at the 'eleventh hour' of my predicament and they easily met the legal deadline. They are an incredible team of legal minds who yield to one another's expertise. The attorneys were meticulous about the details of my case, and even preserved my dignity by sharing difficult-to-hear news with compassion. Each attorney, associate, and staff is gracious, kind, attentive, and thorough. I highly recommend Flexer Law!

I have completed my Chapter 13 obligations and I am eternally grateful to the James Flexer team. Beyond court appearances, the JF team has continued to be there for me to answer questions, file additional motions and relieve me of any financial stresses that have occurred throughout my Chapter 13 payback term. Every person that has EVER answered the phone has been skilled and knowledgeable about the process, rules and regulations of Chapter 13 ruling. I love that. Even when my inquiries have taken some investigation....I always receive a call back or email that sufficiently remedies my issue. Needless to say, Renae has been reconstructing my financial "swerves" over many years and although PRAYERFULLY NOT, if I ever need relief again, I will definitely find myself inside the reception area of the James Flexer downtown office :) And will most certainly recommend this office to anyone I feel will benefit from their services. I have been a client of Mr. Flexer's Law Office for many years. They always give me excellent advice and expert legal counsel. I can always get a human on the phone (which I prefer) or a reply to an email when I am in a hurry. They are prompt, professional and courteous. I recently had to file bankruptcy. I was in a car accident that left me injured and unable to walk. I was scared, in pain, and didn't know what to do. I had never been in a situation like this before and I was overwhelmed.
