I filed for bankruptcy and it was a very nerve-racking time for myself. Over the year that I’ve been in this bankruptcy I have seen Changes. It’s been hard, I want to get my own home and now I need a new car. Flexer Law has help me with that process in guiding me and they’re very patient. I want to say that the trustees aren’t very quick with paperwork, especially if you need it. I do understand the steps. My attorney Beth has been amazing. And Ryan has also been amazing. I would highly recommend Beth and Ryan of Flexer Law Nashville. If you’re ever needing to make that change. Ask for Beth or Ryan and they will lead the way.

Attorney Dan C. is absolutely phenomenal, If you need help on adjusting your finances and someone who is accurate with numeric's, and financial education, he is the one to go to. I found this law firm by just "googling" law firms and i seen that this firm had great reviews. Well, I'm here to confirm the reviews- and just want to say that they are true and VALID. #ChooseFlexer!

James Flexer’s law office they are wonderful. Mandie and Beth and Dan did a wonderful job getting my Chapter 7 done. They took the time to go over everything with me to get me ready for court on May 29 th and everything really went well on that day. I was so stressed out but they assured me they will take care of me and took a lot of stress off me. So I could focus on my job and taking care of my son that is special needs. I’ve had bad lawyers who didn’t care about me or my issues all they care about was money. The law office of James Flexer and his team care about the people and helping them get their life together. I was truly bless to be represented by them. YALL ARE TRULY A BLESSING AND GOD’S Angels. I hope y’all continue to put the people first. Again thank you so much for everything.

Let me start by saying, the lawyers themselves are fine. What isn't fine is their communication.. or non existent communication. When you case load is to large, that you cannot call a client when its detrimental to their case that is a huge problem. I do not mean calling for every little thing, but when the irs gives you a deadline right next to a holiday why would it be impossible to call your client rather than snail mail a letter. I understand i'm not perfect in this outcome, but i spoke several times to a paralegal, I was road blocked every time when i called into the office, and told them I was having an issue keeping up with the payments. Well, i fell behind and a CREDITOR reached out to be before they did. When i called and asked why i couldn't get a phone call she said oh well you missed your payments and were eligible for immediate dismissal.. that wasn't my question. There was a creditor that was even allowed to file a claim a year after my case was confirmed i called asked if i should show at the court date , no they'll prob. deny it..WRONG THEY GAVE IT TO THEM WITH INTEREST AND I WAS ONLY 17 when the loan was signed. So after all of this still no calls, still couldn't speak to a lawyer, i called the following week my case was dismissed asking if i can get a copy of who was paid what, she immediately jumped pointing out that even though i had been making payments they can still come after me, i said again, i completely understand that but i need to know how my payments have been disbursed so i know where my (car for example) sits how far behind i am ) she repeated it again .. finally i said ok, i get that.. i get that i will have people coming after me for debt what i need to know is who has been paid what, she goes oh the trustee will file a report showing that information and he hasn't done so yet. As if bankruptcy isn't embarrassing and stressful enough, as if i hadn't called many times and explained that the payments were EXTREMELY TIGHT.. i could've at least been treated with a small amount of dignity and gotten to speak to an ACTUAL lawyer at some point. There have been many hiccups in my case, i got laid off, I even have a company that were supposed be included say they never got notified and weren't included in the paperwork, I also had a company over draw my account making my first payment to the trustee, late! because they stated they weren't notified. When i asked why i didn't get a phone call with the other matter that almost dismissed by case i got " we have way to many clients to call them for everything" . This has been a super stressful process, not even the bankruptcy itself but trying to work with a legal group, where you cannot get to the lawyers, and you don't find out time sensitive info any other way but mail.
