Buyer be ware!! Morgan & Morgan should be the last firm you contact. They took a case for my daughter in November of 2023. In Tennessee you only have 1 year to file a claim and go to court. They strung her along until today only to tell her that they would not take on this case this case any longer. After 10 months of waiting and leaving over a dozen calls. Now they are no longer wanting to help. Due to the fact that the company where the incident happened doesn't have any insurance. Shame on you Morgan & Morgan. You have a feduciary responsibility to your clients. I will never ever tell anyone to use your firm. Your (slogan for the people) is B.S. On a scale of 1 to 10 and Ten being the best I can only give you a one , because there is not a Zero on the scale. 1800#law is a joke!!
