I don't even know where to begin with everything that I am disappointed about. I have wasted almost 3 years waiting on them, and there was actually video footage and a witness of my injury. They failed to get the video when I was told when it first happened that they would be requesting that. I was giving information from someone else for the person responsible for my injury and after telling my side of the story they still got it wrong and I didn't find out for 2 years later that they had it wrong and then I corrected them they tell me the information that I gave them did not match the person responsible for my injury so they were refusing to take responsibility so it has gotten turned over to Federal Court and then the attorney over 2 and 1/2 years later tells me that he finally went over my case and with them refusing to take responsibility and they're just not willing to write a check that he's not going to pursue it anymore and that I could contact another attorney to see if they would want to take on the case. My biggest concern is it is now too late to get the actual evidence for who's responsible for my injury. So what I have learned is if the business is not willing to just write a check Morgan and Morgan is not going to help you any. Then after discussing that with my wife she says well that's what they're known for because they done the same thing to her mother who eventually passed away from her injuries. I will never believe the whole we are the largest law firm in America and we will take care of you. They do not care about anything and if somebody's not going to just sign a check over then it's wasting their time. This is the second or third attorney two or three paralegals that I have spoke with a actual attorney just one time and that was when I first hired them. Money is what controls everything, but I think people would have a lot better luck going with a smaller firm who might just may care a little bit more
