Filling out the application was a little wonky

I have been waiting on my lawsuit against Nexium bout 9yrs. Morgan and Morgan turned it over to another firm after 5 yrs( i guess they got paid and kept my money) the second firm sent me documents four months ago saying they had settled and the sooner i signed the agreed upon settlement, the faster i will get my check....Its been 4 going on 5 months

My family were highly advised not to call Morgan n Morgan to represent a Professional Malpractice case. My sister passed due to a major accident. While she was still in the hospital (four months) fighting for her life a Personal Injury attorney from another firm took advantage of her and had her sign a Cost Settlement for $18K while she was in the hospital on a respirator! Eventually my sister was moved to a rehab facility where she later passed away. My sister died due to major injuries caused by the accident, she was T-boned by a speeding vehicle and had to be cut out of the vehicle. She suffered major injuries. After she passed, I learned of her cost Settlement and contacted the Personal Injury attorney from the other firm and inquired, "Did she give my sister other options?" In addition, I asked, "Why is there an unsigned Durable Power of Attorney document not signed or notarized?" And, who authorized the Cost Settlement so low because my sister was still under care and fighting for her life in the hospital and rehab?" The Personal Injury attorney did not answer my questions. I contacted Morgan n Morgan. The first inquiry, a Case Specialist took down all the information. Weeks later, nothing. I finally called to inquire and was asked about an Airbag in my sister's car and they will look into a Product Liability case. Again, weeks later, I called and was told, the lawyer decided not to take the case. Now, before I decided to write up a Review, I decided to give Morgan n Morgan a call and express my disappointment in their firm. I informed the Case Specialist that my sister did not died due to an Airbag injury and that was not what I was calling about, I indicated that I need a professional malpractice case against the Personal Injury attorney who handled her Settlement. Now, at this point, I go through the intake process again. I received all the apologies of the passing of my sister etc etc. After another three weeks, nothing, I specifically asked to be contacted if the attorney need additional information. Absolutely no call, no contact. Today, I called and was transferred to a Case Specialist. On the call, I heard television and dogs barking in the background. I mentioned to the Case Specialist, you must work from home and he agreed. Afterwards, the case specialist said he was looking at his notes and the "so-called" attorney referred I contact the Florida Bar Association. I finally learned that the Personal Injury Attorney's firm in Florida is a big shot and Morgan and Morgan fear this particular firm. I was floored!! While intake was easy and electronic, all communication stopped after I initially requested to contact me for any additional information. I am very disappointed that they do not live up to John Morgan's words in the ads. I Highly ADVISE NOT TO USE THIS FIRM. I had a warning not to use Morgan and Morgan and ignored it now I know the reason why! John Morgan just like your ad states, that your brother was taken advantage of by a personal injury attorney, your brother lived and our sister was taken advantage by one as well and died.
