I was denied disability so I called Morgan and Morgan to help with my appeal. They are currently helping me through the process I will update later

Disappointed is an understatement of how I feel about this law firm. My husband called regarding a case that needed to be opened and was on the phone for over and hour with a woman with her taking all the information. She told him the case had been opened and that they would be in contact with the person needing to be represented to get a few more things information wise and to confirm everything before it was submitted for review. The woman told him that if he had to call back it would be under my husbands name & phone number and that they would be in contact with him that day. That was a Friday morning. No one ever called. We gave them until Monday to reach out before our family member that needed representation called twice & his son called 2 more times. They were both told they could not be put through to someone and were told to go online even though a case had already supposedly been opened. I called Monday night and they put me through to a VERY nice lady named Jocelyn. She tried looking up the case under my husband and our family members names & phone numbers only to tell me there was no record of a phone call from my husband, who stayed on the phone for over an hour and gave out all of our family members information. She helped answer my questions and told me to tell our family members son to call back to speak on our family members behalf and that she would gladly help them submit a case. His son called and stayed on the phone again for over an hour and she told him that they would call him today at some point to discuss on if they were going to move forward or not. No one has been in contact with me, my family member OR his son. I understand that the case has to be reviewed but this is one of the simplest cases you could find and they are still dragging their feet. If we wanted this case done in 10 years we wouldn’t be so concerned about someone being in contact. I’ve read google reviews and apparently we aren’t the only people that they have strung along and drug their feet to start on cases for. It’s disappointing and aggravating considering we have now waited almost a week on this firm and wasted hours of our lives on the phone to get absolutely no where when we could’ve been using that time to find a firm that actually cares and tries. Will not ever recommend this place to anyone. If you’ve had a good experience I’m glad, because mine was not. Just don’t waste your time. The multiple 1 star reviews speak for their self. 👍🏻
