I highly recommend Matt Hardin Law, Attorney, William Mayfield and his wonderful Paralegal, April Alexeev to anyone needing a personal injury attorney. In October 2022 my family and I had a car accident, our insurance told us that the person who hit us had no insurance, and that’s why the would only pay us the “value of the car” We both are from Mexico and our second language is English. We have never been involved in any kind of accidents, we were unsure which one would be right since there are always scammers. I found them on Google and for some reason I was sure they were the right ones. Language was never an issue. They made everything as easy as possible for us and above all with a lot of professionalism. Every single person who works at this place are very friendly and professional. Thank you for everything

I called Matt Hardin Law in Nashville, TN and was glad I had. Being in Alabama while needing a medical malpractice lawyer, I was hoping they practiced here also, due to the sensitivity of the matter with the huge company involved that injured my loved one. As their primary caregiver for the past 8 years with little to no help, I was not happy that they had been taken advantage of or practiced on. But when I learned that they did not also practice in Alabama, they still helped me. Amazing! They referred me and helped me get on the way to justice! I sought advice regarding a Dr's error with my loved one, by the time I realized what had truly taken place it was April 2023 and I spoke with a medical director a few times and was ghosted. I suddenly understood it was malpractice from an unnecessary procedure that left my loved one near death which resulted in a vastly diminished quality of life. I called and Ms. Lewis as well as Cynthia helped me find the help I needed and my loved one is on the right path to recovering a settlement for his vastly diminished quality of life. My husband was involved in a car wreck about a year ago through no fault of his own. We needed someone to help us navigate the system in Tennessee. We are originally from overseas and knew nothing about the insurance or legal system here and felt extremely vulnerable. Unfortunately, at the start of this journey we hired another attorney who failed us in every way possible resulting in his termination about 6 weeks before our limitation period was to expire. I spent a frantic morning Googling other personal injury law firms and found Matt Hardin Law. At this stage I had lost all faith that anyone would care enough or be professional enough to help us. It wasn't a particularly huge case and only a few weeks to spare. I couldn't see anyone wanting to take us on. William Mayfield agreed to meet with us in person, something the other lawyer would avoid at all costs. We met the day after the call. He had to deal with our two young kids being in the meeting and not being particularly quiet while we relayed the details of our case. This man's grace and patience was remarkable! Not once did he badmouth our previous lawyer. He made us feel seen and heard. Not once did he make us feel that this claim wasn't big enough to warrant his help or make us feel it was too late because we were so close to the statute of limitations date. He made us feel that he actually cared that he and his team would be honest and truthful about our case and whether it was worth pursuing. Soon after, we were mainly liaising with his Paralegal, April, who is strong, to the point, professional, and one of the kindest, most thoughtful people I've met in TN. She was able to pull the necessary records from the previous lawyer and obtain any missing records (of which I believe there were many!) In just a few weeks the team settled the case to our satisfaction, just days before the SOL. This law firm and the people who work there go way beyond that which could be expected. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone in a heartbeat!

On April 24, 2022, I was passenger in my son's truck that was involved from a rear-end accident in Jonesborough, TN. My son heard about Matt Hardin Law from a friend who recommended that we both contact their office for representation. I am SSOOO glad we did! My son received compensation for the truck damages very quickly. However, personal injury to my neck took several months of therapy to return to normal rotation. Throughout this ordeal, April (the office lady who coordinates just about everything and has the patience of a Saint) was understanding, taking time to explain the legal processes (which at my age made her a Saint) and followed up with all the government agencies (who insisted of blaming each other!). I whole-heartedly recommend the Matt Hardin Law offices for any services needed from a resulting auto accident. The settlement received was more than I expected, and they personally made a donation in my name to their local animal shelter. Compassion, empathy, patience - all qualities needed from our judicial system!
