I was involved in a car accident in December of 2017 that involved myself and another motorist. I broke my wrist in the accident and took it upon myself, without legal counsel, to sue the other motorists’ insurance company. After the wreck I had, I was wondering how to solve this issue since I was hit very hard in the back of my vehicle, which resulted in being transported to the hospital by the ambulance.
