I felt I was running around in circles recently when I had a personal injury claim. Then, a friend recommended that I call Flexer Law. I spoke with Steve Karr and met with him; he is awesome! I felt that he understood my situation and took time to listen to my case. He explained everything to me and I was very impressed by his level of knowledge and experience. Mr. Karr called me with updates, questions, and I knew he was concerned about my welfare. Mr. Karr also gave me a time frame and my case was settled in a timely manner. Had a workers comp claim in 2011. My wife had worked in the legal field for 15 years and looked these guys up. Thought they were the best ones to go through to settle the claim. Everything went through for the most part and we were very happy. Over the next few years I continually got a bill for the ambulance service. I contacted Flexer law several times to get them to take care of this but here it is almost 2017 and it is still in collections. Thanks to their lack of motivation to do what needed to be done it has damaged my credit score heavily. I am now in the process of submitting a complaint to the Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility to get this corrected because they obviously don't want to take care of it from me contacting them and asking them to do it.

Very friendly staff. I love that they offer drinks in the waiting area. They all go above and beyond to make sure you fully understand everything.

I would not go to any other Law firm Dan is the man no matter what I need he has always has taken care of me with what ever legal problems I have if he can't help me he finds some one in the law office that was always able to help me I have sent a lot of people to your law firm because of the excellent job they do ..

Lewis Williams was referred to me by a friend who I went to school with and also worked with. She went through a divorce and custody battle as did her mom. Both her mother and my friend used Lewis as their Lawyer. I was glad he was referred to me. My friend highly recommended him and he got her and her mother everything they wanted. I called Lewis and he took my case right away as I needed him quickly since my court date was within the week. I was glad to have him from start to finish. The whole firm was always friendly in office when I would have to go in to sign paperwork as well as email and phone. It felt like we were always on a personal/professional level, which I loved. I never felt uncomfortable. Lewis got me everything I wanted and court felt like a breeze having him represent me. I hardly talked as he did all the talking for me mostly in court.
